
The Regional Management Coordinating Committee (RMCC) National Capital Region convened its 3rd Quarter Meeting on July 17, 2025, to discuss vital strategies for enhancing regional management and coordination. The meeting was chaired by DILG Regional Director Maria Lourdes L. Agustin, CESO III.
Key representatives from DILG-attached agencies were in attendance, including NAPOLCOM NCR ARD Ferdinand Quirante, BFP NCR Regional Director FCSUPT Jaime Ramirez, BJMP NCR Regional Director JCSUPT Baby Noel Montalvo, NCRPO Regional Community Affairs Development Division (RCADD) Chief PCOL Edward Cutiyog, and NCR Police Training Center Chief PCOL Marlon Rufo.
Regional Director Agustin underscored the significance of the meeting, stating that the discussions and agreements reached will directly affect the operations in NCR and matters of mutual concern. She emphasized the importance of aligning strategic priorities across the interior and local government sectors to foster greater cooperation.
“Every insight shared, every recommendation raised, and every consensus reached today has the potential to shape policies and decisions that matter on the ground,” Director Agustin mentioned.
Committee members presented their key accomplishments and revisited critical challenges. The body provided resolutions for these issues, and all members reaffirmed their commitment to addressing regional challenges through coordinated and strategic actions.
The RMCC stands as the central force driving organizational synergy and policy integration across the region, uniting agencies toward a cohesive and strategic regional governance framework.
