The DILG-NCR extends its heartfelt congratulations to LGOO III (formerly ADA VI) Anthony O. Samar for being honored with the Dagitab ng Paglilingkod Award during the Capacity Development Awards for Catalysts of Excellence (CapDev ACE) 2024 Gabi ng Parangal held on December 12, 2024, at the Manila Hotel, Ermita, City of Manila.

This award recognizes the dedication and hard work of administrative personnel whose efforts have made a lasting impact on the Department’s operations.

“This award would not be possible if it weren’t for the guidance of the regional management. Para ito sa lahat ng kasama ko na tumulong na makamit ang mga innovation na gusto namin para sa NCR procurement,” LGOO III Samar mentioned in his acceptance speech.

As part of the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat, LGOO III Samar has been instrumental in building the competencies of BAC members and other concerned personnel, as well as in streamlining procurement processes within the Department.
