DILG Manila Field Office, together with the City Government of Manila and the Liga ng Mga Barangay-Manila Chapter, brought together the City’s 896 Punong Barangays (PBs) to discuss emerging trends and challenges in barangay governance.

DRIVES launched in Parañaque
The City of Parañaque launched a multi-sectoral illegal drug prevention program that aims to help drug surrenderees lead a drug-free life.
The program, called Drug Reformation Initiatives Vital to Empowerment and Sustainability or DRIVES, aims to rehabilitate drug users and pushers by providing a nurturing environment that would motivate them to turn away and recover from the effects of illegal drugs.Read more...
DILG-NCR sets targets for 2017
To upscale its performance, DILG-NCR jumpstarted 2017 by bringing together its leaders and key personnel, for a regional planning and budgeting workshop.
