Muntinlupa City Mayor Rozzano Rufino B. Biazon officially took his oath as the new Chairperson of the Regional Peace and Order Council-National Capital Region (RPOC-NCR) on November 24, 2025.

The oath-taking ceremony was administered by DILG Secretary and NPOC Chairperson Juanito Victor C. Remulla during the CY 2025 2nd Semester Joint NPOC-RPOC Meeting held at the New Provincial Capitol, City of Trece Martires, Province of Cavite.

In his capacity as Chairperson, Mayor Biazon will now spearhead the implementation of peace and order and public safety initiatives across the region, with the goal of ensuring continued peace and stability.

The DILG-NCR extends its full support to the endeavors of the new leadership and remains committed to assisting the Chairperson in the successful delivery of peace and order efforts.
