
The Department of the Interior and Local Government â National Capital Region (DILG-NCR) expresses its full and unwavering support for City of Muntinlupa Mayor Rozzano Rufino B. Biazon following his appointment by the Office of the President as Chairperson of the Regional Peace and Order Council â National Capital Region (RPOC-NCR).
Upon receipt of the official appointment, the DILG-NCR, led by Regional Director Maria Lourdes L. Agustin, CESO III, who also serves as the Head Secretariat of the RPOC-NCR, convened a briefing with Mayor Biazon. The session provided an overview of the Chairperson’s mandate and solicited his guidance on the Councilâs plans and strategic direction for the Term 2025-2028.
Also in attendance were Muntinlupa Field Office City Director Mary Anne B. Planas, CESO V, along with key DILG-NCR officials: Local Government Monitoring and Evaluation Division (LGMED) Assistant Division Chief Marlon Clyde S. Camilon, and Unit Chief Kris-Ann Faye A. Munda-Rebullana.
The DILG-NCR, in its capacity as the Council Secretariat, reiterates its steadfast commitment to provide full support to the RPOC-NCRâs new endeavors and plans under Mayor Biazon’s leadership, aiming to sustain and further enhance peace, order, public safety, and security across the National Capital Region.
