Lab 4 All is a flagship healthcare initiative of First Lady Liza Araneta Marcos that aims to bring free and essential medical services directly to communities. The program provides laboratory tests, chest x-rays, blood and sugar consultations, medicines, and other critical healthcare services to ensure that no Filipino is left behind when it comes to access to quality medical care. Among the free servies available during the medical missions are: Family Planning, Free Chest X-Ray, Immunization Services (COVID-19 Immunization and Routine Newborn Immunization), Mobile Bloodletting, Oral Health Services, Nutrition Services, Risk Assessment, Sanitation Services, STI Services and Legal Services.

The medical mission in Parañaque is made possible through the strong collaboration between the Office of the First Lady, and the City Government of Parañaque, underscoring the power of national and local government partnerships in delivering responsive and people-centered services. Residents of the barangays in the City of Parañaque were invited to take part in this meaningful initiative and avail themselves of the free services offered for them and their families.

Through Lab for All, the government reaffirms its commitment to delivering compassionate, inclusive, and quality healthcare services, bringing laboratory, consultation, and medicine closer to every Filipino community.
