Administrative Aide III Armando C. Duque Jr. was presented an appreciation award in a send-off ceremony held at the DILG–NCR Regional Office on February 5, 2026. Regional Director Maria Lourdes L. Agustin, CESO III, and Assistant Regional Director Ana Lyn R. Baltazar-Cortez, CESO IV, as well as the regional division chiefs were present at the recognition.

In her send-off message, RD Agustin expressed gratitude for ADA III Duque’s tireless service as a utility worker and messenger, commending his dedication and commitment to upholding excellence in public service. ARD Baltazar-Cortez likewise underscored ADA III Duque’s strong sense of duty, noting his punctuality and flexibility at work, an embodiment of his calling as he performed his tasks and duties as an administrative aide. Division and section chiefs also shared testimonials and praised ADA III Duque on his professionalism and character.

In his thanksgiving remarks, ADA III Duque conveyed his appreciation to the Department for the opportunity to contribute and develop his skills and talents.

“Maraming salamat po na lagi ninyo akong kinukuha para sumama sa inyong mga activity. Napakarami ko pong natutunan sa ahensyang ito sa loob ng pitong taon,” he shared.

Throughout his seven years in the Department, ADA III Duque worked closely with the Supplies and General Services Section, particularly in providing logistical support for DILG–NCR events and activities.
