The DILG National Capital Region convened its 3^rd Quarter 2025 Planning Officers’ Meeting on September 9, 2025 via Zoom Platform, bringing together planning officers from its regional and field offices to align strategic initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and ensure the timely and effective utilization of funds.

Facilitated by DILG-NCR Planning Officer Theresa Marie L. Hipe, the meeting was organized by the Office of the Regional Director (ORD) to support the synchronization of planning efforts as well as the accomplishment of targets for the 3^rd quarter 2025 for its current programs.

The meeting also provided a venue for field officers to raise challenges in fund utilization as well as other concerns on accelerating project implementation and reporting.

This initiative underscores DILG-NCR’s commitment to effective public financial management, good governance, and the timely delivery of programs and services that respond to the evolving needs of Metro Manila’s local government units.
