
On March 9, 2026, the DILG National Capital Region successfully completed the Organizational-Level National Quality Management System (NQMS) Final Assessment and Closing Meeting conducted via Zoom, recording zero (0) Nonconformities (NC) and only two (2) Opportunities for Improvement (OFIs) as noted by the auditors. This outcome highlights the Region’s commitment to maintaining high standards in its processes and delivering efficient and quality public services.
The assessment was led by DILG-NCR Regional Director Maria Lourdes L. Agustin, CESO III and Assistant Regional Director Atty. Ana Lyn R. Baltazar-Cortez, CESO IV, and was facilitated by Finance and Administration Assistant Division Chief Rhodalyn O. Panganiban and Administrative Asssistant IV Michael L. Fanoga.
DILG-NCR City Directors, MLGOO, Division Chiefs, members of the QMS Secretariat, as well as process owners from both the regional and field contingents of the Department were also in attendance. Their active participation and collaboration throughout the assessment process contributed to this successful result, demonstrating the teamwork, dedication, and professionalism of the DILG-NCR staff.
