The DILG National Capital Region is immensely proud to announce the awarding of the prestigious National Winner title to Barangay Plainview, City of Mandaluyong for the 2025 Lupong Tagapamayapa Incentives Awards (LTIA) under the Highly Urbanized City Category. 

This national recognition is a testament to the barangay’s dedication to the spirit and mandate of the Katarungang Pambarangay Law, showcasing exemplary performance in dispute resolution, peace-building, and promotion of restorative justice.

The national accolade was personally presented by DILG Secretary Juanito Victor C. Remulla during the awarding ceremony at the M.I.C.E. Center in Quezon City. Receiving the honor was Barangay Plainview Punong Barangay Nerissa Garcia and her dedicated Lupon members. City of Mandaluyong Mayor Carmelita A. Abalos is also present to celebrate this significant achievement. 

Joining the Secretary on the stage DILG NCR Regional Director Maria Lourdes L. Agustin, CESO III, Mandaluyong Field Office OIC City Director Kathleen M. Sibal-Tungcul, and LGMED Acting Chief Marda Alina R. Dumaoang-Acoba.
