DILG-NCR Regional Director Maria Lourdes L. Agustin, together DILG Las Piñas City Director Atty. Rolynne Javier, and officials of Las Piñas City Government led by Mayor Imelda T. Aguilar, led the awarding of the Lupon Tagapamayapa Incentive Award (LTIA) to Barangay Talon Kuatro in a ceremony held last July 18.

CLIP systems set to be implemented in LGUs

Three systems for the Comprehensive Local Intervention Program (CLIP) which bats for proper documentation of LGU efforts for returning rebels were introduced to LGUs in a two-day seminar.

PCF:  Responding to the needs of communities 

This a three-part feature story on the completion of projects under the Performance Challenge Fund (PCF) in the cities of Navotas, Caloocan and Marikina, which was granted with the PCF in 2014. 

The Performance Challenge Fund (PCF) is a program of the DILG which aims to recognize local government units (LGUs) that inculcates transparency and accountability in its undertakings. The PCF is an incentive granted by the Department that can be utilized for projects promoting Disaster Risk Reduction and Climate Change Adaptation (DRR-CCA), initiating accountability and transparency, environmental protection, achievement of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), and local economic development.
