Barangay San Bartolome of Quezon City emerged as one of the best lupon tagapamayapas in the country in the 2015 National Lupon Tagapamayapa Incentive Awards (LTIA).
The LTIA aims to highlight the role of lupons in communities and their resourcefulness in resolving cases under the Katarungang Pambarangay (KP) or barangay justice system.

DILG-NCR Local Government Capability Development Division (LGCDD), in cooperation with the UP College of Social Work and Community Development (UP CSWCD) spearheaded a community organizing – community development (CO-CD) orientation for DILG-NCR Local Government Operation Officers (LGOOs).
